Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which GlobSynk may issue refunds for its products and services, including GlobSynk Digital Workforce™, Clone Studio™, AI Writer™, ViralStudio™, TheBizCard™, EventJoin™, Avatar Library™, Voice Lab™, Executive AI, Partner Portal, Custom AI Agents, RAG Knowledge Assistants, automation services, and all related platforms (collectively, "Services").

1. General Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by applicable law. Due to the digital and AI-driven nature of our Services, most purchases are non-refundable once access is granted and the service has been delivered.

2. Setup & Onboarding Fees

One-time setup, onboarding, or deployment fees are non-refundable. These fees cover configuration, customization, infrastructure provisioning, and initial deployment work performed by the GlobSynk team.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once activated. Cancellation of an annual plan prevents renewal at the end of the term but does not generate a prorated refund for unused months.

5. Custom AI Builds & Enterprise Services

Custom AI Agent builds, Digital Workforce deployments, RAG Knowledge System implementations, and other scoped professional services are governed by the terms of the individual statement of work or project agreement. Payments made under project milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered.

6. Clone Hosting & Usage Packs

Clone Studio™ hosting fees and usage message credit packs are non-refundable once activated or consumed. Unused credits within a pack do not carry over beyond the applicable period unless otherwise specified.

7. 7-Day Exception Window

Refunds may be considered within 7 calendar days of initial purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Service or feature was not meaningfully used after activation.
  • A verified technical issue prevented proper access or delivery of the Service.
  • The issue has been reported to and confirmed by our support team.

Refunds under this exception are at GlobSynk's sole discretion and subject to verification. Approval is not guaranteed.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

Due to the probabilistic and generative nature of AI, outputs may vary. Variability in AI responses, subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or agent behavior, or unmet expectations regarding AI accuracy do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or service plan at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current paid period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Legal Exceptions

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer regulations, UK consumer rights laws, or other applicable jurisdiction-specific requirements. GlobSynk complies with all mandatory refund obligations under applicable law.

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@globsynk.ai with your account email, the product or service in question, your purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

12. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at GlobSynk's sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and verification of submitted claims. GlobSynk reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
